Time, time, time
See what's become of me
While I looked around
For my possibilities
I was so hard to please

Look around
Leaves are brown
And the sky
Is a hazy shade of winter

Hear the salvation army band
Down by the riverside
It's bound to be a better ride
Than what you've got planned
Carry a cup in your hand

Look around
Leaves are brown
And the sky
Is a hazy shade of winter...

~ Hazy Shade of Winter by The Bangles (originally by Simon & Garfunkel)

Where has this year gone? I am still in a bit of shock that Monday is Halloween, that it means there are only 2 months left in the year 2005. So many things have happened, yet it seems like there are so many other things that are yet to happen in this calendar year.

I moved. I met people. I traveled. I've taught my students (and cursed them privately). I've seen the cost of gas go up, I've seen the cost of it go down, I've seen it go up again. I've been granted some opportunities, and I've even taken advantage of a few of them. I've said goodbye to people.

I have a birthday coming up. Before that, I have a trip to take. I have a blogiversary to celebrate. I have a school quarter to get through, and a new one to start planning for. I have someone coming to visit.

Almost 10 full months down, but an interesting 2 to go.

And did I mention that I have a birthday coming up? A month from today, actually.

Someones coming to visit! Someones coming to visit!
life can be sweet. and time is irrelevant.

what is that line from Hitch?
"life is not the amount of breaths you take.
It's the moments that take your breath away."
