Sunday morning ritual

Every Sunday (that I'm home), I have a little ritual that I perform before I do other things with my day.

• I make myself a pot of coffee (this is done just about every day).
  
• I wake my computer up.
  
• I check my email.
  
• I take a quick look at RP.
  
• I go fix myself a cup of coffee (since it's now done brewing).
  
• I return to my computer.
  
• I read through each of the new postcards posted on PostSecret while I sip my coffee.
  
• I wonder if any of them are by people I know.
  
• I read through them again, and debate responding to any of the messages that strike a chord with me.
  
• I start thinking about what message and image(s) I want to put on the postcard I send in next.

Notice I said "next" in that last item on the list. Yes, I've sent postcards in to PostSecret before. Two of them. No, they have not shown up on the PostSecret site, nor have they turned up in any of the books (or at least, not that I've seen). I wonder if the next one I make (should I decide to actually do another one) will find its way onto the site? It doesn't really matter, I'm not doing it to see it there (necessarily), I'm doing it so that the secret/idea isn't stuck knocking around in my mind.
